Geyer recently completed the new ANZ office space in Ocean Financial Centre. The launch of the new workplace demonstrates ANZ’s growth in the region and commitment to having a dedicated presence in Asia.
As a super regional bank, ANZ is committed to supporting its staff and customers in Singapore. So when an opportunity to lease new office space in the Premium LEAD development, Ocean Financial Centre, came up, it jumped at the chance.
Geyer was engaged to adopt ANZ’s global workplace guidelines and create an inviting, functional and brand appropriate business environment. Taking a cue from ANZ’s ‘we live in your world’ campaign, Geyer designed a workplace that embraces diversity, yet delivers a rich brand experience.
The outcome is an office that is comfortable and welcoming for teams and visitors alike. Flexible workspaces encourage efficiency and closer collaboration, while also allowing for future growth in staff numbers.
The new workplace also positively impacts the way ANZ staff interact with clients and the industry by allowing designated and flexible locations for customer meetings and industry events; allowing ANZ to deliver a richer brand experience for key stakeholders that is consistent throughout the region.
Geyer has created the same spatial experience on all floors to ensure quick and efficient orientation and a sense of place for a mobile workforce. Multiple touch down areas encourage both local and visiting staff to immerse themselves in different parts of the workplace, creating opportunities to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.
