Clough’s new 15,000sqm fitout within the alluvion development supports the 4.5 star nabers base building rating and incorporates a high degree of flexibility to expand and contract over time. To achieve efficiencies the team developed a common Kit of Parts to be used across the tenancy and incorporated modular and standard workstation and office furniture. Economies of scale were achieved by ensuring workstation finishes are neutral and consistent across all floors.
Clugh’s objectives for the project were to:
_Create a workplace that enhances collaboration and communication
_Substantially reduce the number and type of offices
_Provide a design which maximises use of natural light and aspect to all personnel
_Develop a system that can support ongoing churn throughout the environment and provide highly flexible project spaces.
Geyer has conveyed the Clough brand throughout the tenancy from the welcome reception through to working floors and installed graphics of Clough coverage worldwide. The end result is a cost effective robust fitout which minimises the cost of change.
