Situated on the Sydney waterfront, Geyer created a new home for Doltone House at Darling Island Wharf. This exciting new venue comprises the entire first floor of the Workplace6 building and incorporates a diversity of spaces including a fresh food and wine emporium complete with open kitchen, a buzzing café, intimate meeting rooms and an 800 seat capacity event space.
Synergies have been created between the offerings to maximise traffic and create energy throughout the space.
The function centre provides a flexible suite of rooms to cater for a variety of corporate events and weddings. With a focus on impeccable service and attention to detail, the space provides a neutral backdrop that is still warm and inviting. The design solution connects the function space to the adjacent harbour promenade both visually and physically, maximising the unique aspect and views.
Signorelli Gastronomia, the venue’s food and wine emporium, provides fresh produce and specially prepared meals, as well as, a cafe which serves patrons from Workplace6, the local precinct and broader community.
The venue aims to lead the way in sustainability by providing the greenest hospitality venue in New South Wales.
Signorelli Gastronomia was recently recognised at the 40th Annual Retail Design Institute International Store Design Awards, winning the best specialist food store category.
