Geyer helped Mirvac in their transition from a development and construction company to a focus on funds management and financial services. Geyer worked with Mirvac in the year prior to relocation to understand their changing work styles and the shift in focus of the business. A relocation brief was established prior to the building evaluation so that when the site became available Mirvac were able to seize on a great financial solution with a minimum of time and due diligence.
The fitout is over seven floors, with the key aim to streamline their accommodation standards, providing a reinvigorated workplace supporting a culture that celebrates innovation and teamwork. A highly flexible bench type desking arrangement was used to enable a range of different work styles to easily coexist. To create a strong sense of activity around their receiving space, Geyer worked with external café business GG Cafes to create a greeting area that is a cross between reception and a busy café and is a focal hub of the workplace.
This fitout achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating.
Geyer has also worked with Mirvac on their Perth workplace environment.
