Prudential Reinvigoration of brand and celebration of culture to drive organic growth

Prudential’s new premises at MBFC was seen as an opportunity to reshape and reinvigorate Prudential’s identity, expand the business locally and regionally, reinforce their significant heritage and trust-based culture and grow globally with Singapore as a regional hub. The relocation allowed Prudential to consolidate their three business entities from two buildings across multiple floors, to one building across just one and a half floors with consistent space standards for all employees.


Geyer took into account planned flexibility for groups to grow and restructure with minimum impact to the built space and created multi purpose spaces that can accommodate a range of requirements over time as the business demands. The fitout provides a variety of workspace environments and client facilities that are functional, welcoming, convey a high degree of professionalism and include both formal and more relaxed informal meeting spaces. A breakout area was incorporated to form the “heart” of the organisation and foster social connections, help build relationships across teams and demonstrate Prudential’s commitment and care for the well-being of its people.
